The businesses comprise of processing of soybean & wheat. In international trade we export Soymeal, Rice, Wheat & Maize and import Soy Oil and Wheat depending upon market economics.

Our customers are international trading groups like Cargill, Concordia, Ameropa AG, PT Japfa, Oman Flour Mill, Marubeni and Mitsubishi. We are largest shipper of soymeal in containers from Mumbai port.

We enjoy credit facilities from State Bank of India, Union Bank of India, IDBI Bank, Yes Bank and HDFC Bank.

Operations

Solvent extraction of oil seeds & Oil Refining
The group has solvent extraction plants at Itarsi and Khandwa with a combined capacity of processing 1600 tonnes of soybean per day. Apart from normal Soymeal, the company manufactures Hipro Soymeal which is in great demand in overseas market. We are amongst top 5 exporters of Hipro soymeal from India. We have edible oil refineries with combined capacity of 170 tpd. Our refined soya oil is sold under our brand Khanpan and Classic.
Flour milling
We have a roller flour mill at Itarsi with a capacity for milling 24000 tonnes of wheat per annum. Wheat flour produced is sold in the local markets under brand name Khanpan.
Lecithin
We manufacture Lecithin which is a value added product and finds use in confectionary and pharmaceutical segments. Our entire production is taken by Cargill which speaks of our quality.
Wind Mill
The company has installed Wind Energy Power Generators (WEG) of combined capacity of 4.60 MW in MP, Maharashtra and Rajasthan.

The group businesses comprise of processing of soybean & wheat. In international trade we export Soymeal, Cotton, Rice, Wheat, Sugar, Molasses, Pulses & Maize and import Soy Oil, Wheat & Manganese ore.

Our customers are international trading groups like Cargill, Concordia, Ameropa AG, PT Japfa, Oman Flour Mill, Marubeni and Mitsubishi. We are largest shipper of soymeal in containers from Mumbai port.

The group entities bank with several banks under Multiple Banking Arrangement namely SBI, Union Bank, IDBI, Yes Bank and HDFC Bank.
